Kiser was sort of a by-default starter for the Rams last year, especially after Travin Howard's season-ending injury, but he played the lead inside linebacker role for most of the year and seemed to play it well before a knee injury Week 11 more or less ended his season. With 77 tackles on 558 snaps, it's evident that Kiser was getting to ballcarriers frequently — it would project to roughly 138 tackles over 1,000 snaps. Kiser needs to hold off Howard and Troy Reeder to warrant this ranking.

Subject of trade talks
Kiser could be a player the Rams are willing to deal, Albert Breer of SI.com reports.
ANALYSIS
A fifth-round pick in 2018, Kiser was forced to handle a starting role last year due to injuries at inside linebacker for Los Angeles, and he posted strong numbers before he got hurt as well in Week 11. With the likes of Troy Reeder and Travin Howard now healthy, the Rams have a surplus at the position, giving them the flexibility to trade Kiser if they get an offer they like.
