Jeremy Hill

A big, punishing runner at 6-1, 233, Hill is in position to push BenJarvus Green-Ellis into irrelevance in his rookie season. The Bengals used a second-round pick to select Hill, clearly envisioning him as the perfect power-running complement to the electric Giovani Bernard – previously a position held by Green-Ellis. Hill lacks the breakaway speed to be a featured back, but does have the agility and toughness to get into the second level and break tackles. The two big backs will likely fight over goal-line carries and other short-yardage duty, but Cincy clearly wants to make a transition here, and Hill will likely be given every opportunity to win that role after scoring 28 touchdowns in his two seasons at LSU.
