2024 Fantasy Outlook
Phillips continued to shine in his second season in Minnesota, expanding on his increased role upon his arrival from Buffalo in 2022. His 92 total tackles were a career high by a significant margin, besting his 59 from 2022. His 3.0 sacks also outdid his previous high of 1.5 from 2022. The 27-year-old is under contract for one more year and should return to his role as the team's primary nose tackle. Read Past Outlooks
Deflects pass for INT in win
Phillips had one total tackle and blocked a pass attempt at the line that turned into an interception for Kamu Grugier-Hill in Sunday's win over Houston.
ANALYSIS
Phillips is disruptive on the defensive line but that doesn't often result in sacks or tackle stats for him as the team's starting nose tackle.
