2024 Fantasy Outlook
Anudike-Uzomah had a quiet rookie campaign, finishing with 14 tackles (including a half-sack) and one forced fumble over 17 regular-season contests after being selected 31st overall in the 2023 NFL Draft. His playing time tailed off after veteran Charles Omenihu returned from a six-game suspension, but with Omenihu likely to miss preseason and the early part of the 2024 campaign while recovering from a torn ACL, Anudike-Uzomah will have an opportunity to make his case for increased snaps in his sophomore season. Anudike-Uzomah (thumb/hamstring) took part in OTAs on Thursday, Charles Goldman of USA Today reports.
ANALYSIS
Anudike-Uzomah appears to have recovered from the thumb surgery he underwent before the draft. Head coach Andy Reid also said that the 2023 first-round pick has been dealing with a hamstring injury, but Anudike-Uzomah has put that issue behind him as well. Now that he's healthy, Anudike-Uzomah will look to help Kansas City defend its Super Bowl title.

NFL Draft: Three-Round Mock
April 23, 2023
A three-round mock that considers rebuild scenarios where Chicago trades Justin Fields and San Francisco trades Trey Lance.
2023 Fantasy Outlook
Anudike-Uzomah was selected 31st overall in the 2023 NFL Draft and has now recovered fully from the thumb surgery he underwent before the draft. The rookie is listed second on the depth chart as a right defensive end behind teammate Charles Omenihu, but the latter is facing a six-game suspension to start the season. As a result, Anudike-Uzomah could see significant playing time in a rotation to fill in for Omenihu before he returns in Week 7.
