The 2023 second-round pick didn't record a sack as a rookie. Hall averaged just 17.6 defensive snaps per game, as he couldn't climb the ranks of the Seahawks' deep set of pass-rushers. Hall was basically nonexistent as a rookie with zero sacks but has turned things around dramatically in his second season. The 2023 second-round pick should continue to handle a significant snap share as long as Uchenna Nwosu (thigh) is on injured reserve, and his recent production indicates that he'll have high weekly pass-rushing upside even when Nwosu returns.

2023 Fantasy Outlook
The Seahawks selected Hall in the second round to join 2022 second-rounder Boye Mafe and 2020 second-rounder Darrell Taylor on the edge. Nwosu is a clearcut starter, and Taylor should take a bulk of the pass-rushing snaps at least, leaving Hall and Mafe to continue their development with modest workloads. Hall produced 19.5 sacks over his last three college seasons and has a chance to supplant Mafe if his production continues.
