Remains starter after benching
Giants head coach Brian Daboll said Tuesday that Banks will remain a starter at cornerback despite having been benched during Monday's 26-18 loss to the Steelers, Dan Duggan of The Athletic reports.

The 22-year-old likely will line up opposite Adoree' Jackson, giving New York a second talented corner who excels in man-to-man coverage, which is a crucial component of coordinator Wink Martindale's blitz-happy defensive scheme.
