Robertson totaled 27 tackles (20 solo), 1.0 sacks and an interception during the 2019 NFL season.
ANALYSIS
Encouragingly, he more than doubled his offensive snaps from last season, though Robertson still only took the field for a meager 193. He's seen his playing time and production drop off substantially over the last two seasons, though Robertson will be back in 2020 for the final year of his current deal.

Robertson logged a career-best 115 total tackles in 2016 but was far less productive in his second season in New Orleans, posting a mere 80 total tackles. The versatile linebacker's modest output likely can be attributed to playing nearly 200 fewer defensive snaps from 2016 to 2017. Unfortunately for the seventh-year pro, the offseason addition of ironman middle linebacker Demario Davis, as well as the return of 2017 third-round draft pick Alex Anzalone from a season-ending shoulder injury, may make it difficult for Robertson to see enough snaps to return to his 2016 level of production.
A part-time and special teams player with the Browns his first four years out of North Texas, the Saints signed Robertson with the offer of a starting opportunity last year. He did well for himself, hitting triple-digit tackles while missing one game with a shoulder injury. It's also worth noting that Robertson has at least one interception in each of his pro seasons. Robertson doesn't offer much upside, but this is a case where the play count should be high enough to assure a useful floor in leagues that start more than one linebacker.
Robertson averaged 84 tackles the last four years in Cleveland but joined the Saints this offseason. While he will likely start the season in a reserve role, Robertson is capable of playing either inside or outside linebacker and should provide critical depth at a number of positions in the event of an injury. Given both the advanced age and checkered injury history of some of the Saints' starting linebackers, Robertson could become a sneaky option in IDP leagues should the injury bug bite.
Robertson is an early favorite to win a starting inside linebacker job, but will have to hold off Chris Kirksey to maintain that role. Both players had exceptional 2015 campaigns, which can largely be attributed to Karlos Dansby missing five games due to various injuries. Should Robertson lock down a starting role, he'll be a solid IDP sleeper, as the 27-year-old would likely surpass last season's career-best combined tackle total of 99.
Robertson projects to be a starter at inside linebacker for the Browns in 2014. Over his first two seasons in the league, the 26-year-old out of North Texas racked up 178 combined tackles and four sacks. If he remains the starter as expected, Robertson should once again be a serviceable IDP option.
Robertson finished 2nd on the Browns last season with 93 tackles. He is one of the starting middle linebackers in Cleveland's 3-4 defense.
