Ankle
November 5, 2012
Afalava suffered a high ankle sprain in Sunday's loss to Chicago and will be out 2-to-3 weeks, John Glennon of the Tennessean reports.
ANALYSIS
Afalava saw a season-high 36 of the Titans' 69 defensive snaps in Week 9, three more snaps than starter Jordan Babineaux. He's had ankle injuries in the past, though this comes at a bad time as he was just seeing increased playing time in the Titans' secondary.

Past Fantasy Outlooks
2013
2010
Afalava enters the season as the Titans third strong safety, and should find his playing time severely limited if Bernard Pollard and George Wilson remain healthy.
Afalva played in - and started - 13 games in 2009, recording 53 tackles, two sacks, and a forced fumble. Afalva's place atop the depth chart will by challenged by the additions Chris Harris of third-round draft pick Major Wright.
