2024 Fantasy Outlook
A 2020 third-round pick by Baltimore, Duvernay never developed into an impact receiver but is a weapon in the return game. He's likely to fill the latter role after signing a two-year deal with the Jaguars, which allowed their previous return man Jamal Agnew to walk. Duvernay totaled 90 catches for 880 yards and five touchdowns over his first three years with the Ravens but had just four catches for 18 yards in 2023. He's unlikely to be a significant contributor in Jacksonville's passing game with Christian Kirk, Gabe Davis and rookie first-rounder Brian Thomas slotted in as the team's top three wideouts. RANKS
No offensive touches Week 18
Duvernay wasn't targeted and returned two punts for 15 yards during Jacksonville's Week 18 loss to Indianapolis.
ANALYSIS
Duvernay entered the contest with at least one catch in five straight games, but he wasn't targeted in the season finale and played just five offensive snaps. He's primary worked as a return man this season and had 11 catches for 79 yards and four carries for three yards in 13 games. Duvernay is under contract for 2025 but could be cut for a dead money penalty of $1.2 million with just over $2.7 million in savings, so there's a chance he's cut loose during the offseason.

Duvernay had been on pace to crush his previous career highs in 2022 before a broken foot knocked him out for the season in December. However, the last few months haven't done any favors for Duvernay's outlook. It's a positive that the Ravens hired Todd Monken to command the offense with a bigger emphasis on the passing game, but Baltimore made addressing the WR position a priority this offseason, adding Odell Beckham in free agency and spending a first-rounder on Zay Flowers. Nelson Agholor was brought in too, and Rashod Bateman will be a starter if healthy. Duvernay will still be a factor on special teams and four-receiver sets, but that's likely the full extent of his role.

Latest Fantasy Rumors
Could return to action Saturday
Duvernay, who was sidelined for the last four games of the regular season due to a back injury, was activated from injured reserve Friday and could therefore play in Saturday afternoon's divisional-round matchup against the Texans, Jamison Hensley of ESPN.com reports.
ANALYSIS
Duvernay's back spasms led to his late-season IR stint, but his ability to practice in full each day this past week seemingly boosts his chances of suiting up Saturday. If Duvernay, who is still listed as questionable, does return to action, he's projected to assume his duties as a full-time kick returner.
