Penn agreed to a re-structuring of his contract this offseason to stay in Oakland, though he landed on the PUP list at the beginning of training camp as he continues to recover from December surgery that repaired a Lisfranc fracture in his foot. The three-time Pro Bowler is slated to start at left tackle upon his return to full health, while first-round pick Kolton Miller would step in if Penn were to suffer any sort of setback.
