ANALYSIS
McCain was forced to the sideline earlier in the contest due to a minor knee injury, but was eventually able to return and even record an interception. He'll likely be good to go in Week 12 against the Bears, barring any setbacks.

McCain will be joining his fourth team in four years after setting a career high with 39 tackles while racking up 10 passes defensed for the Dolphins in 2015. He’ll be in contention for the nickel corner job along with Perrish Cox.

McCain may not be a household name and won't be making any Pro Bowls but he is the kind of player that every team likes to have on it's roster. McCain could backup at left or right corner or start in the slot. Picture a solid utility corner that will play all over the place.

Should McCain make the Steelers' 53-man roster this season he will be used in nickle and dime packages.

McCain will back up the starting cornerbacks and serves as the nickel back in passing situations.

McCain will serve as Johnathan Joseph's back-up at right cornerback this season.

McCain is one of a few cornerbacks drafted by Houston the past few years that hasn't worked out. Jonathan Joseph will get one of the starting spots and Kareem Jackson presumably is the other. McCain, who's played 29 games the past two seasons, is looking to stick as an extra defensive back in passing situations.

McCain received significant playing time during his rookie season, but will open 2010 behind starters Glover Quin and Kareem Jackson, competing with Jacques Reeves and Antwaun Molden.
