The 33-year-old defensive end has played 10 years in the league, including eight with the Cowboys. In 2015 he totaled 20 tackles, two sacks, and a forced fumble in 15 games with the Redskins. Over his entire career he recorded 250 tackles, 34.5 sacks, one interception, and five forced fumbles.

Hatcher battled a knee injury most of his inaugural season with the Redskins. He saw his sacks drop from 11 to 5.5. He enters 2015 healthy and with a restocked defensive line around him. He's 33 years old but has the opportunity to improve his numbers in 2015 due to more talent around him and a healthy start.

Hatcher had a career year in 2013 recording 11 sacks and 41 tackles. He signed with the Redskins in 2014 and is expected to start at defensive end take some pressure off Brian Orakpo and Ryan Kerrigan. He underwent minor knee surgery in June but is expected to be ready for season.

In his first season as a full-time starter Hatcher proved to be a solid complementary player, recording 51 tackles and four sacks. The Cowboys' switch to a 4-3 defense shouldn't have a big impact on his numbers.

Veteran defensive end bumped Marcus Spears out of the starting lineup and set a career high with 4.5 sacks and 28 tackles last season, and also pulled down his first career INT.

Hatcher is a useful player, but doesn't have any IDP upside as a rotation piece in the Cowboys' 3-4 defense.

Depth DE had just one sack in 2009.

Depth DE chipped in two sacks in '07.

Depth DE recorded 2.5 sacks in 14 games in 2006.

Hatcher will provide depth on the front line as a rookie.
