With Muhsin Muhammad and Bernard Berrian gone, someone has to catch passes for the Bears, so they signed Booker, who once caught 197 balls for them in a two-year stretch. At age 31, Booker's largely a possession receiver, but he caught a whopping 78 percent of the balls thrown his way last year, the highest rate in the league. And considering he did that while playing for the Dolphins, the move to Chicago's passing game might even constitute an upgrade. At 6-0, 211, Booker's got good size, runs crisp routes and knows how to get open. He's not going to blow by anyone but does have a little burst and run-after-the-catch ability. Booker's been nagged by knee, shoulder, ankle, calf and chest injuries the last few years that have cost him a few games per season, but he's healthy at press time.
