Sri Lanka and Bangladesh will face off in the third and final ODI of the series in Colombo on Wednesday. The game is a dead rubber as the home side have already clinched the series after winning the first two matches comprehensively. The game will be played at the same venue, Colombo, where the first two matches were played so a similar kind of surface is expected with the weather is expected to stay fine throughout the match with few light showers potentially interrupting.

For the Islanders, the game will be an opportunity to test some of their bench strength and there might be few changes in the playing XI. Avishka Fernando is one of the most promising batsman in Sri Lankan cricket. The right-hander showed his true talent and class in the second ODI where on a difficult pitch he looked at ease and scored a match-winning 82 off just 75 balls with the help of nine fours. The 21-year-old has represented Sri Lanka in 12 ODIs, scoring 437 runs at an average of 36.41.

Wicketkeeper: Mushfiqur Rahim (11 Cr)

Mushfiqur Rahim is Bangladesh's most in-form batsman in the ongoing series. The veteran wicketkeeper is already the leading run-scorer as has scored 165 runs in two innings which also included a brilliant 98 not out off 110 balls during the second ODI. Mushfiqur has represented Bangladesh in 215 ODIs where he has scored 6,090 runs at an average of 36.46 and with a strike-rate of 79.06.

All-rounder: Mehidy Hasan Miraz (8.5 Cr)

Mehidy Hasan Miraz is turning into a more than useful all-rounder for Bangladesh in white-ball cricket. The 21-year-old, made an important contribution in the second ODI with the bat where he scored valuable 43 runs off 49 balls in tough circumstances.

Bowler: Nuwan Pradeep (8.5 Cr)

Nuwan Pradeep is now becoming a genuine leader of the Sri Lanka's bowling unit. The right-arm pacer has been pretty consistent off late and has put in a number of impressive performances. In the second ODI, Pradeep had figures of two for 53.
