The Guardians have gone 20-30 in the first half of the season and are 2-3 in their last five as well, but secured the win Saturday and could have high hopes from winning this three-game set given how things happened in the last meeting between both clubs. It will be a battle of lefties Sunday, as Wang Yi-Cheng will take the mound for the Monkeys while Chen Shih-Peng will start for the Guardians. Wang has allowed exactly three runs in each of his last six appearances this season, while Chen has struggled this season after posting a 3.48 ERA in 2019.
