The Brothers quickly lost the top spot in the CPBL standings following two losses in three matches against the Rakuten Monkeys over the weekend, though they moved back into a share of first place after beating the Guardians in the first game of the series Tuesday. The Guardians, on the other hand, keep losing and have now fallen five games under .500 after winning just one of their last six games. They've lost their last three games against the Brothers, so they shouldn't be very confident ahead of this contest. Bryan Woodall will get the start for the hosts. He's coming off a strong effort where he allowed just three runs in 6.1 innings of work. Just like last week, he will face one of the league's best pitchers in Huang En-Sih. The local arm owns a 3-0 mark with a 4.35 ERA, a strong mark given the league's extremely high offensive environment this year.

Chou Szu-Chi, Brothers: Chou went 0-for-3 in Tuesday's win, but he continues to represent a strong choice in the middle of the Brothers' lineup. He owns a .319 batting average to go along with four homers and 15 RBI. He's a good bet to bounce back following one poor game.

Kao Kuo-Hui, Guardians: Kao went 2-for-4 with his fourth home run of the season during Tuesday's loss, accounting for half of the Guardians' offense in a game where they looked overmatched. He has been a consistent hitter all year, posting a .328 batting average.

Huang En-Sih, Brothers: Huang has been easily the better of the two pitching options in this matchup. He's yet to lose a game this season and owns a strong 4.35 ERA, which is quite good given the CPBL's offensive explosion.
