William Fuller

Even in a draft with a good amount of receiver talent, Fuller is one of the first to stand out. Although he's small at a listed height-weight of 6-foot, 184 pounds, Fuller still shows All Pro potential thanks to his rare playmaking ability. Whoever covers Fuller does so at a high risk of getting burned -- Fuller is a blur with an uncommon ability to create downfield separation, and he had 29 touchdown receptions over the last two years on 138 catches. Fuller should test very well at the Combine, and he should eventually enjoy success along the lines of DeSean Jackson and T.Y. Hilton.
