Troy Fumagalli

Fumagalli finished third on the team in receiving yards (313) and fourth in targets (46) last year as a junior despite missing two games. Wisconsin will be breaking in a new quarterback this season, but the offensive philosophy figures to remain intact. With that, Fumagalli will be the lead tight end in one of the few Power 5 programs that prominently features its tight ends in the passing game. While Fumagalli is unlikely to put up gaudy numbers like the upper-echelon tight ends that get split out wide, Fumagalli’s big frame (6-6,247) will make him a red-zone threat and he should be in the top 3-4 on the team in terms of targets.
