Bowers has decided to enter the transfer portal, Aaron Wilson of The Baltimore Sun reports.
ANALYSIS
Bowers spend his first two seasons at Cal before moving on and playing the last two with the Huskies. After posting a 10:2 TD:INT ratio over six games last year, Bowers will move on from the team and pursue his opportunities elsewhere for his final collegiate campaign. Assuming he's a grad transfer, Bowers should be eligible immediately at his next destination.

2018 Fantasy Outlook
Bowers enters 2018 as Cal's starting quarterback. Bowers saw his first action last season, and didn't disappoint -- he completed 59.0 percent of his passes, and eclipsed the 3,000 yard mark through the air. One thing he'll look to improve on is limiting turnovers, throwing 12 picks and losing four fumbles over the course of the season.
