Reese Wiggins

Justin Hardy is the most established East Carolina wideout heading into 2012, but Wiggins is a sleeper to overtake him as the team’s No. 1 receiver at some point this year. He showed good explosiveness (14.9 YPC) despite playing in a dink-and-dunk offense, and he came on strong at the end of 2011, catching 20 passes in the final five weeks. He’s a must-draft in Conference-USA-only leagues and a justifiable late pick in other formats, too.
