2022 Fantasy Outlook
Tyler Badie’s departure leaves 58 percent of Missouri’s carries unclaimed going into 2022. Peat, a transfer, is unlikely to take up that level of volume but he is nonetheless a player to watch in this backfield. Missouri is clearly comfortable with giving a heavy rushing workload to a single running back and Peat has a chance to fill that role to an extent. He averaged 5.7 YPC in three seasons at Stanford and has a frame to handle significant volume. Peat is being drafted as an RB3 at press time, but if he locks in the starting role, there’s room for much more.
