Stanley will transfer to Southeastern Louisiana (FCS), the Tahlequah Daily Press reports.
ANALYSIS
Stanley evidently didn't get a good enough look from an FBS program, or he wasn't willing to take a year off according to Division I rules. Anyway, it looks like this is the last we'll see of him in college fantasy football.

2010 Fantasy Outlook
Stanley is taking over after backing up the disappointing Jevan Snead last year, and he would be a massive disappointment if he can't do better than Snead. Of course, Stanley was shaky in his limited action from last year, failing to complete 50 percent of his passes and throwing one interception and touchdown each, but he was a freshman. He should have a solid running game and receiver group helping him out, so hopefully he'll be able to stand up to the monumental challenges of the SEC. Just expect him to be a game manager rather than a fantasy producer in 2010.
