Set to back up Gabe Marks as freshman

Johnson is listed as the primary backup to Gabe Marks at Z-receiver on Washington State's first official depth chart of 2016, The Seattle Times reports.

Any questions surrounding whether or not WSU's coaching staff believes Johnson, a 6-3, 190-pound freshman originally committed to Miami (FL) and Florida, can be groomed to be the next the team's next great pass catcher only need to look at the Cougars' first official depth chart of 2016.
