Lands with Hampton
Francois has transfered to Hampton for the 2019 season, Dave Johnson of the Daily Press reports.
ANALYSIS
Francois will be immediately eligible to play for Hampton this season as a graduate transfer. The quarterback was dismissed by Florida State in February after a video surfaced of him involved in a domestic dispute with his girlfriend. He still has NFL-level talent and will presumably start for Hampton right away.

2016 Fantasy Outlook
After redshirting last season, Francois enters his first season as the favorite to end the year as the 'Noles starting quarterback, even if he isn't under center for the first snap in September. He'll face competition from veteran Sean Maguire and true freshman Malik Henry, but having a year in the program paired with potential dual-threat upside, Francois could be a worthwhile gamble. Having Dalvin Cook to hand off to, a veteran offensive line and a deep and talented receiving corps, Francois could see returns similar to that of Jameis Winston despite having a much smaller 6-foot-1, 203 pound frame.
