Charles Sims

Sims would have been one of the absolute top fantasy targets in the whole country if he had played at Houston in 2013, but instead he'll be playing at West Virginia, where the Mountaineers are replacing nearly all of their offense, including quarterback, 3/5 of the offensive line and the three top receivers. Sims is a top talent who should produce efficiently despite the turnover, but the presences of Dustin Garrison, Andrew Buie and Dreamius Smith figures to harm Sims' workload. There is fantasy upside here, but there's also risk, as Sims faces a fair amount of uncertainty as he heads into this new situation.
