Out for remainder of season
Collarbone
November 8, 2024
Fancher (collarbone) is out for the remainder of Florida Atlantic's 2024 season, FAU Owls Nest reports.
ANALYSIS
Fancher suffered a broken collarbone, an injury damaging enough that he will sit out the remainder of Florida Atlantic's 2024 season. Fancher was inconsistent as a passer, completing less than 60 percent of 212 passes for 1,528 yards. The redshirt junior also logged the same amount of touchdowns and interceptions, something he also did in his 2023 season with Marshall. On the plus side, Fancher somewhat improved on the ground despite recording fewer touchdowns (three), averaging 3.7 yards with 99 carries for 365 yards.
