Conference Preview: Mountain West All-Conference Teams, Sleepers and Busts
August 13, 2022
Chris Morgan previews the Mountain West Conference with a look at the All-Conference teams for fantasy along with sleepers to target and busts to avoid in drafts this month.
2022 Fantasy Outlook
Lewis may not have played much for San Jose State last season, but the team has high expectations for him heading into his sophomore year. As far as who Lewis would have to compete with for the title of the team’s top tight end, there are two juniors, Skylar Loving-Black and Dominick Mazotti, that he would have to overcome. Loving-Black is coming off an injury and did not participate in the spring game, so he is questionable for the fall. This makes Mazotti a bigger competitor, and he had 159 receiving yards last season. Neither player has had a tremendous amount of playing time for the Spartans in the past, meaning Lewis has a real chance at being the go-to tight end for the team.
