McNeill had a strong season in 2011 for Wyoming, and as a result he heads into 2012 as one of the better wide receiver options in the MWC. He caught 42 passes for 504 yards and four touchdowns in just nine games last year, and the return of quarterback Brett Smith should allow him to maintain that production. His catch production should allow him to be useful in PPR leagues that aren't MWC-only, too.
