Phillip Livas

Livas had just 20 receptions for 205 yards last year, but those numbers are likely to jump up in 2010. He's an excellent big-play threat who scored on punt and kick returns last year, and in 2008 he scored twice on the ground while adding 607 yards and two touchdowns through the air. He's a great playmaker and will have to bounce back in 2010, making him a good upside pick at wideout in WAC-only leagues.
