Damarlo Belcher

Belcher had a very good season last year, particularly PPR standards, but his production might not be safe. Long-time starter Ben Chappell is gone at quarterback, and the replacement options are unproven if not frightening. Belcher is probably best picked in Big Ten-only leagues, as his upside is very limited, though he should remain a decent PPR target.
