Head coach Chip Kelly told reporters Monday that there was "nothing to report"' about the possible reinstatement of Blount to the Oregon football program, this though speculation last week suggested the senior might return to practice in time for this Saturday's game against Stanford, ESPN.com reports.

Pac-10 commissioner Larry Scott will meet with Oregon officials early next week about the possible reinstatement of Blount from his current suspension, ESPN reports.

Head coach Chip Kelly won't entertain questions on whether or not Blount might be back in uniform for November 7's matchup against Stanford, but athletic director Mike Bellotti has told reporters Scott will be in attendance at the Oregon-USC game Saturday and "there will probably be some meetings that take place" centered on Blount's possible reinstatement to the team, ESPN.com reports.
