Brown, along with the rest of the wide receivers, struggled to make catches with the less accurate Reid Herring starting in place of the injured Holton Ahlers (undisclosed), so the star receiver ended the year with his third straight game with less than five catches. The loss also draws a close on Brown's senior and final season in college, which he'll finish with 1,123 yards and nine touchdowns. The Pirates' receiver will now try his luck with the NFL Draft in hopes to play at the next level.
