ANALYSIS
Edwards found himself buried on the running back depth chart during his junior season at Central Michigan, carrying the ball just six times for 15 yards. Most of his work was on special teams, however, as he returned 20 kickoffs for 336 yards. He'll now transfer to Michigan and is set to join the team as a walk-on. Edwards will be eligible immediately after graduating recently, though the fact that he's a walk-on means he'll likely have a very tough time getting on the field for a significant amount of reps. Edwards' brother, Braylon Edwards, was an All-American wide receiver for Michigan who eventually played eight years in the NFL.
