Travin Dural

Dural had a bit of a disappointing 2015 season following his breakout sophomore season when he caught 37 passes for 758 yards (20.49 YPR) and 7 touchdowns. His production went down to a more pedestrian 28 catches on 56 targets for 533 yards (19.0 YPR) and three scores in 2015, but some of that can be explained away by injury and some of that can be explained by team context. Malachi Dupre stepped up as the Tigers’ top receiving threat in a less than explosive passing offense, which led to Dural being the second-most targeted option with only 56 balls thrown his way. Dural’s target volume may not change much this year, but an improved Brandon Harris at quarterback should result in him seeing a better quality mix of targets thrown his way, which should result in 35+ catches and a higher touchdown rate.
