Stephen Rivers

ANALYSIS
Rivers possesses impressive bloodlines (his brother, Philip, has enjoyed an excellent career as the quarterback for the NFL's San Diego Chargers), but the 22-year-old has yet to see much action at the NCAA level. Northwestern State will mark the third program he's been a part of, after previous unsuccessful stints with LSU and Vanderbilt. Rivers will be eligible immediately to play for Northwestern State, an FCS school, but will have to beat out five other passers during fall camp for starting duties.
