Joe Hill

Hill is doubtlessly the biggest gamble on the list to this point, but it's difficult to see how he could disappoint in 2013. Utah State lost Kerwynn Williams to graduation, and with him goes 2,209 yards and 20 touchdowns from scrimmage. Hill is the only returning Utah State runner who went over 130 yards on the ground last year, taking his 43 carries for 269 yards and seven scores while catching 10 passes for 183 yards and two scores. Utah State's offense will maintain its continuity despite the loss of head coach Gary Andersen since former offensive coordinator Matt Wells is taking over, and Hill looks like the next heir to the scheme that made fantasy monsters out of Williams, Michael Smith and Robert Turbin.
