2013 Fantasy Outlook
The quarterback position was a bit of a mess for the 4-8 Bulls last season, with Alex Zordich and Licata each starting a handful of games. Licata eventually emerged as the number one option and has held onto the position through the spring practice period. As a freshman last season, he completed 52.8 percent of his passes and threw seven touchdowns and three picks in nine games. With the confidence of the coaching staff behind him and nine offensive starters returning, Licata is primed for a solid year. However, he likely will not hold significant fantasy value.
