Baylor: Corey Coleman out for bowl game
Abdomen
December 19, 2015
Coleman (sports hernia) will miss Baylor's Dec. 29 bowl game against North Carolina, ESPN-Central Texas' David Smoak reports.
ANALYSIS
Coleman's Baylor career is therefore over, as he's headed to the NFL, very possibly in the first round of the 2016 draft. KD Cannon and Jay Lee will need to step up at receiver as Baylor takes on the Tar Heels. Ishmael Zamora and Chris Platt are candidates to see more snaps.

Past Fantasy Outlooks
2015
2014
Coleman, 5-11, 190, is arguably the nation's most intimidating deep threat. He missed the first three games last year with an injury before promptly pushing aside more experienced wideouts like Jay Lee, Antwan Goodley and Levi Norwood to become the team's leading receiver with 64 receptions, 1,119 yards and 11 touchdowns in 10 games. Goodley and Norwood graduated, so Coleman's targets should increase this season as the clear No. 1 receiver in a Baylor passing game that should remain as high-powered as ever. A clean bill of health puts him in position to take his numbers to new heights in his junior year.
Although Levi Norwood is more established in the Baylor offense after catching 87 passes over the last two seasons, it's Coleman who has more upside and the ability to make a bigger impact as Baylor's second wideout behind lead man Antwan Goodley. Coleman is small at 5-foot-10, 185 pounds, but he's likely one of the fastest players in the country, and he has major upside as a sophomore this year after posting 35 catches for 527 yards and two scores in 2013. He's a bit of a wildcard until he takes the next step in his development, however, because Baylor is extremely deep at receiver. Besides Goodley and Norwood, the Bears also bring back Clay Fuller and Jay Lee.
