Justin Brown

Brown only caught five passes as a freshman last year, but he was a top-10 receiver recruit for Penn State and will probably see the field sooner rather than later. He'll have to fight for catches in an offense featuring established veterans like Derek Moye and Graham Zug, but Brown's superior pedigree could give him an edge as the season progresses. He might be worth a later-round gamble in Big Ten-only leagues, but that's all.
