Neutz was exceptional in 2012, particularly when it comes to consistency. The 6-foot-3 wideout scored or exceeded 80 yards in all 11 of his games last year, and that's despite facing tough defenses like Georgia, Connecticut and Bowling Green. Neutz should have even more opportunities in 2013, because Buffalo should be more willing to throw the ball as expected starting quarterback Joe Licata heads into his sophomore season. Buffalo attempted only 31.7 passes per game last year, but in 2013 they should look more like the 35.2-pass team they were in 2011.
