Pons started all 51 games for the Volunteers over the last two seasons while combining to average 9.7 points, 5.3 rebounds and 2.1 blocks in 31.3 minutes per game. Pons was a bit undersized for a big man in college at 6-6 so he may have to alter his game some if he wants to succeed at the next level. He also becomes the fifth player to leave Tennessee since the season ended and the second to enter the draft, joining Keon Johnson who declared earlier in the week.
