Comes off bench in return
Brown-Soares closed Thursday's 74-67 win over Pepperdine with two points (1-3 FG, 0-1 FT), six rebounds, one block and one steal over 16 minutes.
ANALYSIS
Brown-Soares returned to action in the WCC conference tournament opener, coming off-the-bench for just the third time this season as he returned from a calf injury. He only logged 16 minutes and was mostly a non-factor offensively, tying a season-low with two points. It wouldn't be a surprise to see Vladimir Pinchuk continue to start when San Diego takes on Portland in a quarterfinal matchup Friday.
