Noel is no stranger to big scoring outputs, as this was his second 30-point game of the season, and he's reached double figures in all seven games. He sports a 32.2 percent usage rate and 32.4 percent shot rate, so it's no surprise the senior is the only River Hawks player averaging double figures at 21.0 ppg. The UMass-Lowell team is off to a 1-2 start in conference play and projects to finish in the middle of the pack, but a player like Noel has aspirations of playing at the next level and should continue to be a major producer for the River Hawks.
