Nana Opoku

Huge double-double in upset win
FMount St. Mary's
February 24, 2020
Opoku erupted for a season-high 25 points (11-19 FG, 0-1 3Pt, 3-6 FT) to go with 14 boards, three assists, three blocks and one steal across 38 minutes Sunday in a 65-57 win over Merrimack.
ANALYSIS
Mount St. Mary's ended a five-game losing streak and took down a Northeast Conference heavyweight largely thanks to the performance of Opoku, who submitted the best all-around outing of his career. The sophomore big man is only averaging 9.2 points, 6.4 rebounds and 1.6 blocks in 29.8 minutes per game over his 29 outings this season, so it's tough to bank on him consistently delivering double-doubles.
