Howard may have lost the Big East Player of the Year race to Myles Powell despite finishing as the nation's leading scorer, but the duo will each be represented on the consensus All-American list. It was an outstanding four-year career for Howard, who averaged 20 points per game over or greater over each of the last three seasons, and was recognized as the Big East Player of the Year after his junior season. His 2,761 career points were both a school and conference record (among Big East games), and he's also responsible for 434 career three-pointers made (at a success rate of 42.7 percent). Howard will now set his sights on the NBA, where despite an outstanding collegiate career, it's unlikely he's selected early in the draft due to concerns about his size (5-11) and defense.
