Dawes struggled from the field but saw the most minutes off the bench of any player for the Utes and dominated the glass during his time on the court, with four of his career-high 11 boards coming on the offensive end. The transfer forward from Rice also set a new career-mark with five assists and added a steal and two blocks on the defensive end. It's unlikely Dawes keeps up this production once the schedule begins to toughen but he's a player worth keeping an eye on, especially if his time on the court bumps up closer to 28-30 minutes per game.
