Tyson said Thursday that he'll forgo his remaining eligibility at California to enter the 2024 NBA Draft, Jonathan Givony of ESPN.com.
ANALYSIS
Tyson will leave college after three seasons at three different schools. The 6-foot-7 wing left Texas after playing just eight games as a true freshman in 2021-22, then started 31 games at Texas Tech in 2022-23 before landing at Cal. Over his 31 appearances for the Golden Bears as a junior, Tyson averaged 19.6 points, 6.8 rebounds, 3.5 assists, 1.6 three-pointers and 1.2 steals in 34.3 minutes.
