Decides to leave school early

Fisher (academics) left the Grand Canyon program Wednesday and intends to pursue a professional career in Bulgaria, John Martin of The Athletic reports.
ANALYSIS
After transferring from TCU following an injury plagued 2018-19 season, Fisher committed to Grand Canyon in July but never saw the court for the Antelopes after being declared academically ineligible in November. Though Fisher was expected to debut for Grand Canyon at the start of the second semester in December, he wasn't able to meet NCAA standards and instead decided to begin his professional career. With Fisher out of the picture, Jovan Blacksher looks poised to remain the Antelopes' starting point guard for the remainder of the season.
