Staying in draft
GNevada
May 21, 2020
Harris' father said Thursday that his son will keep his name in the 2020 NBA Draft and forgo his redshirt senior season at Nevada, Jon Rothstein of CBS Sports reports.
ANALYSIS
Though Harris has thus far maintained his eligibility during the pre-draft process, his father's comments suggest the 6-foot-5 guard will now sign with a non-NCAA-certified agent and head to the professional ranks. Harris' departure is a huge loss for Nevada, as he averaged 21.6 points, 6.4 rebounds, 3.9 assists, 2.2 three-pointers and 1.1 steals in 33.0 minutes per game in his lone active season with the team after arriving as a transfer from Louisiana Tech.
