Marin announced Thursday he is transferring to Indian Hills Community College, VerbalCommits.com reports.
ANALYSIS
Marin spent one year at New Mexico and averaged 3.8 points, 2.1 rebounds and 1.6 assists in 15.5 minutes. He actually started in five of the final six games of the season and posted better averages of 6.3 points, 2.7 rebounds and two assists in 24.2 minutes per game but still felt it was best for him to go elsewhere. Marin will have his full four years of eligibility remaining and may look to return to the Division-I level after a year at playing junior college.
